• Automation and Artificial Intelligence Once processes are properly structured, we assess where automation and AI can create measurable benefits. This includes rule-based automation as well as AI applications and their technical, organisational and economic integration into existing operations.

A good concept only creates value when it works in everyday operations. We therefore support reorganisations, software implementations, digitalisation and automation projects through implementation – including project planning and management, requirements management and the coordination of internal and external stakeholders.

Our particular expertise lies in property management and the real estate industry. We work with property management companies, housing organisations, cooperatives, family offices, institutional organisations and corporate real estate departments.

Business coaching provides a confidential setting in which executives and entrepreneurs can examine situations from different perspectives, challenge their own assumptions and assess possible courses of action.

Angela Hartmann combines professional coaching methods with 18 years of operational management experience and previous experience in a large corporate environment.

Angela Hartmann

Managing Director, Management Consultant and Business Coach

Angela Hartmann is Managing Director of Sayao GmbH, an industrial engineer (Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieurin FH), MBA and IHK-certified systemic Business Coach.

For 18 years, she held operational responsibility for her own property management company, including many years as a member of its Executive Board. During this period, the company developed from a conventionally organised property manager into a highly digitalised organisation with a quality management system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

Her professional background also includes experience in a major corporate group.

Today, her consulting work focuses on strategy and market positioning, organisational and process optimisation, digital transformation, automation and AI as well as the implementation of complex change projects.

Her management experience is also an important part of her work with executives, entrepreneurs and teams.

Angela Hartmann is a member of the Digitalisation Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Munich and Upper Bavaria and regularly speaks at industry events and professional conferences.

She is the author of the Haufe professional book Digitalisierung in der Immobilienverwaltung – Technologie trifft Kommunikation: Die neue Qualität des Immobilienmanagements.

Thomas Janssen

In addition to his legal expertise, he has extensive experience in the real estate sector and has worked as in-house counsel for a property management company. His professional background therefore combines legal expertise with a practical understanding of property management organisations, their processes and their operational requirements.

At Sayao, this expertise complements our management consulting perspective particularly where organisational, process-related and real estate-specific issues intersect.
